Yuzu miso sauce/dressing. I'm obsessed with this stuff. I use it most often as a dressing, in part because the previous version of this was called yuzu miso dressing, and also because it's the best freaking dressing. The yuzu flavor leads and the miso rounds out the finish. I'd say it's more of a fruity sauce than a salty sauce; the miso just grounds the yuzu. Use it on salads, on chicken, on blanched greens, as a dipping sauce, or experiment with it in your favorite recipes.
