Ok, so not your typical cheap instant noodle but they're definitely worth the splurge. The noodles aren't fried like most instant noodles, and they cook up super silky. The broths are rich and flavorful. They come with either a liquid soup packet or a powder packet and oil. Honestly, once you throw your favorite toppings on top, you could just as easily be tucked inside a tiny ramen shop at a subway station in Tokyo as you could be eating instant noodles at home.
Tonkotsu: the richest of the three. Creamy and savory. Vegetarian
Miso: I often find miso ramen too flavorful and get tired of it halfway through. I like this one because the miso flavor is mild. It reminds me of an upgraded version of the 'oriental' flavor Top Ramen (they renamed it soy sauce flavor, thank god). Pescatarian.
Shoyu: Soy sauce flavor. Crisp, clean, and the lightest of the three. Tastes exactly how I expect shoyu ramen to taste. Vegetarian.
3.77 oz (1 package)
PS. Have you seen the documentary about Nissin Ramen?! It's fascinating)
contains soy, wheat, dairy. Miso also contains fish.
