Locally made fresh yakisoba noodles. What more could you ask for? These noodles have the perfect tooth and texture, and yeah, you bet we use it in our yakisoba pan! 

Sautée it up in a little sesame oil with cabbage, carrots, and any other veggies and meats you want. Add yakisoba sauce (we have Umi's homemade or the standard by Otafuku) and top with aonori, bonito flakes, and benishoga. (Don't worry, we'll offer a kit with all the goodies included soon!).
