Momokawa Organic uses California-grown USDA certified Organic rice. Aromatically, it give lush tropical fruit notes. On the palate, those notes are echoed along with wildflower honey and rich rice. The sake is medium bodied.

Sake One Brewery, maker of Momokawa Organic is the first craft sake brewery in the United States. They selected Forest Grove, Oregon specifically because of the cleanliness and mineral content of the water available to them there. Under supervision of head brewmaster Michio Takahashi (former brewmaster of Yoshi no Gawa), Sake One has been steadily, and excitingly exceeding expectations of what US-made sake can be.

Drink this one chilled or at room temperature.
