Bulldog Sauce is the standard for katsu sauce (unless you want to make your own!) It's indispensable for katsu. This 'fruit and vegetable sauce' is based on Worcestershire sauce, but adjusted for the Japanese palate: It's full-bodied and sweet, balanced with a hint of vinegar tang. Its main components are stewed fruits and veggies, vinegar, and tons of spices.
16.9 fl oz (Not small, but if it's too big for you, you're not making enough katsu or Japanese hamburger steak. Or maybe even meatloaf?!)

PS. I always cut it (equal parts) with ketchup to serve with katsu.
