I love this nigori sake for two simple reasons: It's deliciously balanced, and it is super inexpensive for the quality it presents! It's a light and nutty cloudy sake. It's not overtly sweet or cloying like some nigori can be. Flavors of toasted hazelnuts and savory rice predominate.
