Endless Summer hails from one of Japan's top surfing destinations. The sake is bright, aromatic and easygoing. Aromatics of cooked cream, melon, and grape precede a palate of velvety cocoa powder, and more melon. Endless Summer drinks fresh and dry, with a medium body. This is immediately friendly, fun-loving sake. 

Keeping with the eternal vacation vibing going on in Endless summer's surfer's theme and breezy profile, Tensei brewery itself is something of a recreational hotspot. The brewery's president recently expanded the brewery's grounds to include a brew pub (Tensei also brews great beer!), a coffee shop, an Italian restaurant, a coffee shop, and an art gallery. (This all-in-one revival build followed shortly on the heels of his visit to Portland. Maybe he was inspired by the ways Portlanders like to chill?) 

Endless Summer is great with chips and guac, ceviche, prosciutto and melon, and works great with dry-rubbed steak too. Drink it chilled or at room temp. 

This sake is made with Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 60%, and has an alcohol content of 16%.
