Kizakura "Stars" is fresh and vibrant, fruity, floral, and a touch savory. It is low alcohol (6.5%) and easy drinking. It's got a little more texture and oomph than other sparkling sakes that we sell here though. 

On the nose, we get yeasty notes such as fresh pancakes, as well as orange zest, yogurt, and banana. The palate is fruity and ricey. Stars is medium-bodied, comes in slightly sweet, and finishes dry. 

Stars, by Kizakura, is a naturally sparkling sake, which is made bubbly by yeast fermentation rather than mechanical processes.
