Hakutsuru's Awa Yuki Sparkling is a fun and easy-drinking sparkler. It's unpretentious and low alcohol (5% ABV)

On the nose is a fun blend of fruits, nuts, and flowers. Some prominent aromas include banana, pineapple, flowers, honeycomb, and hazelnuts. On the palate, the theme continues, with juicy tropical fruit, as well as strawberries and bananas. There's a nutty backbone of candied hazelnuts and sweet rice. 

Awa Yuki is slightly sweet and light-bodied. It's an excellent aperitif and works great with cheese, cured meats, and a fruit plate.
