Yes, there is a Sake Advent Calendar, and it is incredibly fun! And all the sake in it is curated and imported by our friend here in Portland, Namazake Paul! 

The 2024 Sake Advent Calendar features:

• 21 direct import 180ml cups of sake from Niigata, Aomori, Gunma, Shizuoka, Tokushima and more.

• Two special gifts sourced directly from craft producers in Tochigi and Niigata

• One 720ml Junmai Daiginjo from Gunma for Christmas Eve

• One tasting booklet with descriptions, history, pairing suggestions and a place to take notes

This is a great way to learn about sake, and discover so many different styles of brewing. All the major styles of sake are covered, from nutty junmai, savory yamahai, silky junmai daiginjo, to cloudy nigori, and more.

Pickup Orders: Please note that because the Sake Advent Calendar is quite large, and that there is limited physical space available for staging pickup orders, we ask that you please pickup your order within 3 days of your chosen pickup date. If you need more time, just let us know and we are happy to reschedule your pickup. For orders that haven’t been picked up or rescheduled, after one week we may have to cancel your order and issue a refund, minus a $25 restocking fee.
