My mom always boiled crab and we ate it cold with chopsticks dipping it in ponzu. It pairs beautifully with all other white fish, too, as well as veggies, or mixed in with mayo. Honestly, there's not much that isn't more delicious with ponzu on it. This ponzu is a little lighter on the soy sauce flavor, and a little more citrus forward. It makes the perfect sauce for dipping as well as marinade for meats, dressing for veggies, or as a finishing sauces for chicken, tofu, beef, and fish. Get hooked on ponzu! I sure am!
