Crisp, clean, refreshing sake in a super cute glass! There's a nice touch of friendly fruit and nuttiness to Chika, but also the sake is easygoing and mellow, with a softness around the edges. Like crisp, but not too crisp! It's a real nice middle ground. 

Besides the sake, the second-best part is keeping the cute glass. (I have a small collection of my favorite sake one-cup designs!)

Brewed by Hakutsuru in Kobe, Japan. Hakutusuru is one of Japan's largest sake brands, but that doesn't mean we don't love them any less. They've wonderfully managed to merge crafty elements of sake brewing in with mechanical automations which allow them to make delicious sake for the many. They always keep their eyes on quality while keeping prices low. Kanpai to that!
