Since we've gotten these in, Kuze Fuku and Son's Yuzu Jelly and Orange Marmalade both have become breakfast staples in our house. Almost every morning we look forward to getting to have these on Japanese shokupan toast! 

The Yuzu Jelly highlights all the best of yuzu juice, from the tart grapefruit/lime citrus juiciness to zippy aromatics. Not that I've met a person yet who is skeptical or uncertain about trying Yuzu, but I would love to give this to that person as a primo example of our beloved Japanese citrus.

What sets these spreads apart from other jams and jellies is that neither is overly sweetened. Rather, they let the natural flavors of the high-quality fruits take center stage.

Kuze Fuku & Sons is a Japanese family business that originated in Tokyo and has recently opened a farm and a production facility in Newberg, Oregon. They make instant dashi pouches, jams, dressings, and drinking vinegar beverages. Their goal is to produce gourmet culinary products, with ingredients sourced from Oregon producers and made in traditional Japanese ways.
