These thick and super crunchy rice crackers are the sort of treat that my Dad brings me every time he comes back from Japan. These are super traditional senbei rice crackers that sport a hefty crunch. 

The sesame flavor is savory, earthy, and full of sesame seeds. The soy flavor is nicely salty and caramelized.

Senbei are a classic Japanese rice cracker that is usually made from rice dough that is either baked or fried, and then quickly dunked in a seasoning sauce. 

Each bag has nine big crackers, each individually wrapped for freshness. 

Both contains wheat and soy. The sesame senbei also contains sesame seeds.
