Treat yourself to a big bag of one of my favorite styles of rice cracker: age-senbei. These senbei are all about texture. They're crunchy with a fluffy softness on the inside, they kind of melt in your mouth. These ones are individually wrapped so you don't have to eat the whole bag in one sitting... obvs no judgement tho. If you're familiar with Himemaru, these are very similar, but these are slightly larger and not spicy at all.
